SERVICE AND RELIABILITY
In 1991, PDS started business focused on providing our Dealer Clients with the highest quality automotive aftermarket products and services available. Our goal was two-fold. First, to establish relationships with industry leading Service Providers that had a proven track record of superior dealer and customer satisfaction. Secondly, to provide a comprehensive suite of F&I products to both franchise and independent dealers which are flexible enough to meet the individual dealer's needs while offering maximum profit opportunities for our Dealer Clients.
More recently in 2009, following a steep decline in automobile sales, PDS recognized the importance of the service department to the overall stability and profitability of the dealership. Customer acquisition and customer retention are key to the success and ultimately the survival of all dealerships. Therefore, PDS sought industry leading companies to meet these needs of our Dealer Clients. PDS partnered with Houston based TVI in 2010 and AGS in Ft. Worth in 2011. They both bring more than 30 years of experience and expertise in these two critical areas. Through these strategic alliances, PDS and TVI and PDS and AGS will significantly impact service drive traffic, service department revenue and customer retention for our Dealer Clients.
Now, almost 20 years later, we are still working tirelessly with our Service Providers to accomplish these goals for our Dealer Clients and their customers.
